If you are hosting a Boston meeting, make sure to put the out-of-towners up in a place that allows them access to some of Boston's treasures during their off time. You don't want to have people venturing to a Boston meeting only to find that they are stuck in a place with no access to any of the glories of Boston. Meetings are great and all, but the whole fun of having meetings away is in the in-between time.
If, on the other hand you are going to a Boston meeting, cross your fingers that your Boston accommodations act as a portal into the greatness of the city. Most likely they will, as so many of the Boston area hotels are within walking distance of some wonderful excursion, or are at least within walking distance of a subway that can take you to some wonderful excursion!
Where Might One Be Led During Their Boston Meeting?
When you are attending or holding a Boston meeting, do not forget where you are! Boston houses so much enticing history from the Freedom Trail of Paul Revere and Civil War era forts to Harbor tours and, lest we not forget, the Sam Adams Brewery. There are so many lures that it is, hopefully, impossible not to go on some excursion or another during one's Boston meeting.
Any outing into the many sights of this great city will make a Boston meeting memorable. Memorable in the good way, that is. For when you take a trip to Boston, for any reason, it is important not to lose sight of the surroundings. One long moment, at least, should be devoted to exploration.
