I'll tell you why I will never take another trip unless it is at an all-inclusive resort. In the past, I would book my airline and hotel as a package. Then last year I checked online and saw many many of these resort packages and it got my interest. Based on the results of my research, I decided to book my vacation.

When I arrived at my hotel I was greeted by the bell captain with a smile and a welcome greeting, he was like an old friend. When he opened the door, I couldn't believe what I was seeing. The room overlooked the crystal clear turquoise water of the Yucatan Peninsula. Not only did I have a gorgeous bedroom, but also there was a balcony overlooking the beautiful water, with lounge chairs so you could enjoy the view.

All-inclusive Amenities
After unpacking my bags, I decided to take a look around the resort and was mystified. There were two pools, one with a swim up bar that includes a waterslide. As it was getting toward dinnertime, I decided to go back to my room and get ready.

I ate dinner at the restaurant that had fabulous food. Then around eight, the nightly entertainment began. It was a family of five who lived locally and played songs of Mexico. They were terrific. Drinks were being served during the performance and after the performance dancing began. We danced until two. During my stay, there were daily activities too numerous to mention.
