Getting Away
If you do manage to actually leave the resort you’ll find that Sea World is right across the road. If you like, there’s even a shuttle service to take you anywhere you desire. The San Diego International Airport is also only six miles away which makes for a stress free arrival and departure experience.

Lest we forget that you’re actually in San Diego, which is worth a visit if you can manage to escape from the idyllic Hilton experience. The San Diego Zoo is particularly popular for its world class collection of exotic animals from around the world, including its panda bears. Of course you might also try a drive up the coast, across the nearly 70 miles of San Diego coastline.
