The Circus Circus Hotel in Reno, Nevada continues a long tradition of combining entertainment and gaming under one roof. As one of the original “theme” hotels, Circus Circus has always been known as a noteworthy escape from the ordinary. Though their excessive décor may not be for everyone, it’s still worth a visit.
The Reno Circus Circus features 1572 rooms that are accordingly decorated as “turn-of-the-20th century European circus lifestyle.” The compound is located downtown and is connected to the Reno Eldorado and Silver Legacy by skywalks. This actually creates the largest entertainment resort complex in Reno.
Let the Games Begin
The Reno version is slightly newer than her Las Vegas cousin but the carnival uniqueness still remains the same. Where else can you see world-class circus acts performing tricks throughout the grounds? Of course it’s not the clown-paradise that a kid might imagine but it’s still a great option if you’re traveling with a large family.
The hotel offers a larger percentage of games and other immature oddities to amuse even the most stone-faced child. While they’re away at the pool or spending your quarters there are obviously a large variety of adult games eager to accept your dollars. So everyone wins! Well, at least that’s the dream.
