Choosing the Right Horse Vacation:
When it comes to planning a horse trip, there are two basic options: a prearranged package and a customized one. Prearranged trips are horse tours whose itinerary is set and offered by the horse guide. These trips are generally open to anyone interested and come with a fixed price.
A customized horse trip is one that you plan for yourself. Let's say, for instance, that you and your fiance wish to take a romantic horse tour through the Tuscan countryside but you don't want anyone but the guide to come along and/or you have specific preferences in terms of riding and length of trip. In this case, you could customize your trip with the help of a travel agent or equestrian vacation tour guide. While customized vacations tend to cost more, the experience is often more than worth it.
