This was another exciting thing we heard about from some of the other women in our Sicilian FemTour. A few of them had been on guided women-only adventure tours. They sounded incredible, and now it's just one more activity on our long list of things we must try.
Multiple Adventures
The beauty of an adventure FemTour is that you aren't limited to cycling. On any given tour, you might hike, cycle, horseback ride, kayak, white-water raft...and that's only the first day! Okay, maybe we're exaggerating a little, but the variety of activities in which you'll be guided is truly tremendous.
We also love the idea that on a FemTour adventure, you can try a variety of new things in a non-intimidating, non-competitive environment. We love men, especially our husbands, but they're not always the most patient creatures. But on a FemTour adventure, everyone is supportive of one another, as you all try new things and strive for greatness.
The best adventure FemTours offer amazing scenery, and challenging yet attainable activities. Plus, you get the fun, friendship, and support of a group of women conquering the outdoors.
