Unlike hotel rooms and/or vacation condos that have all sorts of hidden fees and unnecessary amenities, beach front house rentals are low maintenance, comfortable, and easy on the wallet. If you want enjoy a quality vacation without breaking the bank, I strongly recommend renting a beach house in Florida.

The thing I like most about beach house rentals is the fact that they allow visitors to live like locals. Unlike hotels, beach houses require no front desk check in, no crowded lobbies, and no expensive mini-bars. Rather, they offer something that no public hotel or condo can provide: a come-as-you-are atmosphere.
Something that has always bugged me about vacationing at hotels is the fact that guests are forced to eat out for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. After a week or so, these charges often total more than the accommodations themselves! That is why I prefer to rent a beach house while vacationing. This way I have the choice either to go out or create my own home cooked meal.
If you are planning a tropical vacation any time soon, I strongly encourage you to investigate the possibility of renting a beach house.
