Incentive travel is the traditional format of choice for many companies to deliver incentives to their employees. Many corporate staffs are universal in their opinion in that exciting, out-of-the-ordinary travel is the "new currency." Today, travel sites can custom tailor programs that feature unique and exciting itineraries; culinary tours of Europe, for example.
Individual incentive travel packages allow recipients to travel when it is most convenient or attractive for them based on their individual needs and/or responsibilities. Participants have the option of participating in their own personal version of an adventure (whatever that might be). Moreover, individual travel rewards are more popular with spouses/guests along for the ride.
