National Historic Landmark

I'm a history buff, so I get lots of pleasure out of visiting a national historic landmark. My wife and I enjoy going to these while on vacation and we usually try to stay at a historic inn as well. We just like stuff with a history, I guess! It's a little known secret that some bed and breakfasts are national historic landmarks themselves.

Denver, Colorado has a surprising number of these national historic landmarks. We really enjoy not only getting to see pieces of U.S. history in our travels, but also to stay in them. We get a kick out of wondering who else has stayed in the inn before us when the location is a national historic landmark.

Spending Time at a National Historic Landmark in Denver
One of our favorite places to stay is at a B and B. You just can't beat the hospitality, food, and overall atmosphere of the B and B experience. It's simply like no other. It feels like a little bit of heaven for the amount of time that you're there.

One of our favorite parts of a vacation is the time spent at the bed and breakfast itself. There are lots of things to see, landmarks to visit, and, more importantly, food to eat! The key to making your stay at a B and B most enjoyable is to find one with great atmosphere and great service. That way, you can just relax and not worry about driving around and finding restaurants each day.
