Choosing a historic B and B or Victorian bed and breakfast to stay at during our vacation seemed difficult at first, but it actually turned out to be a lot of fun. This trip is something I look forward to doing again with my wife. It would be fun to whisk her away for a vacation in a castle bed and breakfast, where we can be alone and just relax for an entire weekend.

We couldn't have chosen the historic B and B that we did choose without using the Internet. Searching was fun and easy, and we were able to find the perfect one for our romantic getaway. We made a day of sitting around, looking at the pictures and finding the nicest little B and B out in the countryside.

Arriving at the Historic B and B
We first pulled up to the driveway and were amazed. The place looked even better than it did in the pictures and the virtual tour we had seen online. We checked in, went up to our room, then proceeded to go for a walk in the garden they had out back. We sipped glasses of wine by the lake and watched the sun go down. It was like something out of a movie.

We didn't do much that weekend except relax and enjoy the scenery. The food was amazing also. We enjoyed Sunday brunch on the patio, sipping coffee and eating croissants. For that one weekend, we felt like millionaires, and it didn't break our budget, thanks to the historic B and B.
