I'm a veteran of travelling to Denver and have stayed at nearly all of the Victorian B and Bs and many of the luxury hotels in Denver. A lot of people think that all hotels and inns are the same, and that picking one out of a phone book or web directory is the easiest way to choose. I have to disagree.
First off, if you're looking for a hotel online, good for you. The Internet is the best tool you can use for finding a cheap hotel in Denver. There are many websites that offer deals and bonuses for surfers that use the web. Companies are trying to get more people to use their websites and online reservations, so they offer rewards for those that do.
Do You Want a Cheap Hotel in Denver?
I would have to say if you're only going to need a place to stay for a couple nights then a hotel may be the way to go. They're comfortable enough, offer things like a bar or restaurant in the lobby plus they have extras like a weight room, sauna, hot tub, tennis court and other luxurious extras. There are even movies in the room, should you desire to watch one.
On the other hand, most bed and breakfasts will offer you many of these amenities, plus others. The prices are often comparable as well. If you are looking for a cheap hotel in Denver, then don't write off B and Bs. Also, they're more relaxing, so if that's what you hope to get out of your vacation, I urge you to check out a B and B. It's more like a home away from home for you while you're relaxing and being waited on hand and foot.
