The best way to get everything that you can out of a bachelor party is to sign up with a company that specializes in bachelor parties. They are generally going to be city specific because they have to know the entire terrain, have connections at all the top spots and be able to cater to your requests. Most major cities have these services, but you don't want just any major city.
In order experience everything, you need to be in an area where there is a lot of people partying, a lot of different spots to hit, different varieties and all within close proximity to one another. There are not many cities like that. Your best bet is Vegas, Atlantic City, Montreal, San Diego and other cities with similar layouts. You need to be within five minutes of the clubs, your hotel and the strip joint at all times. You cannot get that in NYC or LA.
