As an individual vacationing in San Diego, you have myriads of options as to where you can stay. From beach rentals to luxury hotels, the options are endless! I have been to San Diego dozens of times in my life, and have stayed just about everywhere. With that in mind, I would like to offer you some ideas as where to stay during your next trip there.
San Diego Beach Hotel Basics
As with any vacation, where you stay depends on what type of trip you are planning. For extended trips with family, for instance, I would recommend a San Diego beach rental. As discussed in the previous page, San Diego beach rentals typically offer fantastic rates for lengthy trips and carry the ambiance of a home away from home. On the other hand, if you are planning a more indulgent trip and wish to be completely pampered during your stay in San Diego, then I would recommend staying at a San Diego beach hotel.
San Diego beach hotels are ideal for those of you hoping to sit back, relax, and not worry about a thing. Whether you wish to dine on room service while watching the sunset from your hotel room, or lay out by the swimming pool sipping on margaritas and daiquiris, just about every thing your heart and body desires can be granted at a San Diego beach hotel. Since there are so many beach hotels in San Diego, visitors have a wide variety from which to choose. From magnificent luxury hotels on the beach, to quaint charming lodges on the shore, you are certain to find the San Diego hotel that matches both your tastes and budget.
As I've said before, there are dozens of hotels in San Diego from which to choose. I would strongly recommend staying in one located directly on the beach. I realize the temptations that come with lower prices at hotels that aren't on oceanfront property, but trust me when I tell you that the extra money you will spend on reserving a room overlooking the Pacific Ocean is worth it!
