I'm totally thrilled about visiting Acadia National Park. Maybe it's because unique weather conditions give it a one-of-a-kind quality. Maybe it's all of the fresh air. But, probably, it's because of all of the great nearby Bar Harbor restaurants. They really know how to do things right when it comes to food in Bar Harbor.

I always plan ahead, picking various Bar Harbor restaurants ahead of time--they're worth the extra time. With only a few minutes planning, you can add several great Bar Harbor restaurants to your itinerary. Think of all of the great foods indigenous to Maine, they all live up to their reputation if you eat at a great Bar Harbor restaurant.

The Best Food And The Best View
When I think of all of the great cuisine and landscapes of the amazing state of Maine, I am amazed (and glad) that it's not overrun with people. Maine is such an amazing place, both indoors and out--everyone should go there at least once (or again and again!). That reminds me, while you're in Bar Harbor, you should visit my favorite of the many great Bar Harbor hotels.

Bar Harbor restaurants really serve the best local cuisine in all of Maine--I think it has to do with their close proximity to a harbor. If you're looking to get away from it all, yet still enjoy the dining pleasantries of modern times, then I strongly recommend you steer your Northwest vacation to fabulous Bar Harbor.
