Sedona Resorts

Sedona resorts are a great way to spend time in the area. Let's face it--after a day of hiking, our feet and bodies can be really tired. There's no better way to unwind than in a sauna, jacuzzi, or sitting by the pool. The nicest thing about Sedona hotels may be that the scenery is never far away.

It's hard to find rooms in Sedona that don't have a lovely panoramic view of the canyon landscape. However, not all rooms in a resort have equal views and you may just have to pay for the privilege, if you so desire. If your poor, tired feet are especially aching at the end of the day, you might want to make an appointment at a local spa for a massage.

Depending on whom you're traveling with and what your needs are, some resorts and hotels may have special package deals that you can take advantage of. If you're honeymooning, some places might throw in a gift certificate to a romantic local restaurant. If seeing the local scenery is what you're after, some places have deals with local guides or railway lines so that you can get tickets at the same time that you book your rooms.

Room Types and Packages in Sedona
Or, if you are on a budget, you can usually stay at a nicer hotel by choosing a less expensive room type within that hotel. First floor rooms with a single bed will be much less expensive than a second floor room with a vista view. This really isn't a problem because as soon as you step out of any room, the scenery isn't far away. These types of rooms suit many who are here to play hard during the day, sleep away the night, and get up early again to experience more of Sedona's outdoor activities.
